Return & Exchange Policy

FOR DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS (PAKISTAN)

Abu Jani offers a simple and convenient Return & Exchange policy for products purchased through our website, subject to the following conditions:

• This policy applies to online purchases only.

• The customer must be located within Pakistan to avail return/exchange services.

• Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery.

• Returns are issued in the form of Store Credit only, valid for 3 months.

• Bridal and customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

We accept returns/exchanges for items that are:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In original condition with all tags attached

• Accompanied by the original invoice, packaging, and accessories (dust bags, labels, etc.)

Customers must:

• Fill out the Return/Exchange Form (provided with the order or available on the website)

• Send the item via a traceable courier or registered post at their own expense

Failure to return the product within the given time or failure of delivery will make the request ineligible.

• Exchanges are allowed for other items; any price difference must be paid by the customer.

• If the exchanged item is of lower value, the remaining amount will be issued as Store Credit.

• If the requested item is out of stock, Store Credit equal to the invoice value will be issued.

Change of Mind (Prepaid Orders Only):
Partial refunds are allowed within 2 days of placing the order, before dispatch. Customers must notify us via email or WhatsApp. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

• All returns/exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

• Returns and exchanges are not offered for international orders unless:

  • The wrong product is delivered, or

  • The item is defective or damaged

• Customers are advised to record a video while opening the package as proof in case of any issue.

Change of Mind (Prepaid Orders Only):
Partial refunds may be requested within 2 days of order placement, before dispatch. Requests must be submitted via email or WhatsApp.

MISCELLANEOUS

• In case of any dispute, the decision of Abu Jani shall be final.

• We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request without prior notice.

WHAT IS AN INCORRECT PRODUCT?

An “incorrect product” refers to an item that does not match the description or specifications (such as size or material).
Note: Slight color variations may occur due to screen differences.

WHAT IS STORE CREDIT?

“Store Credit” is a value issued to the customer upon return, which can be used for future purchases on our website within the validity period.
