Abu Jani (abujani.com) does not offer full refunds for domestic or international orders.

Refund Policy

• Refunds or partial refunds are only applicable before the order has been dispatched.

Partial Refund (Prepaid Orders Only):

• Customers may request a partial refund within 2 days of placing the order.

• Requests must be made through email or WhatsApp.

• Example: If multiple items are ordered and you decide to cancel one or more items, the respective amount will be refunded.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

International Orders

• We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders unless:

  • An incorrect product is delivered, or

  • The item is faulty or damaged

• Customers are advised to record a video while opening the package as proof for any claims.

Sale Items

• Products purchased on sale or discount are not eligible for exchange unless an incorrect item is delivered.

Procedure for Return & Exchange

• Items purchased from abujani.com can only be returned or exchanged through the online store.

• The product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition

  • With all tags and labels attached
