Shipping Policy

The estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page before checkout. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details and expected delivery timeline.

While we aim to deliver within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather conditions, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will inform you via email, so please check your inbox regularly for updates.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the items and are determined at checkout. In line with courier policies, all weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram. Yes shipping charges apply to domestic orders within Pakistan.

For both local and international orders, delivery timelines are mentioned on the respective product pages. For custom-made orders, the estimated delivery time will be shared upon order confirmation.

All prices listed are inclusive of applicable local taxes. For international orders, any customs duties or additional taxes imposed at the destination will be the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.
